NITROLAB (NITROLAB GAMES, LLC) PRIVACY POLICY – ROBLOX GAME

NitroLab Games, LLC d/b/a NitroLab (“NitroLab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the developer of the NitroLab Drag Racing experience on the Roblox platform (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared in connection with the Game.

IMPORTANT: The Game is hosted on Roblox. Roblox Corporation (“Roblox”) provides the account system, platform services, moderation, and payments. Roblox controls the information collected for Roblox accounts and the Roblox platform. For details about Roblox’s data practices, please review Roblox’s privacy policy and terms.

SCOPE

This Privacy Policy applies only to information processing related to the Game on Roblox. It does not apply to NitroLab websites, merchandise stores, email/SMS programs, or other NitroLab services unless we link to a separate privacy policy for those offerings.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Information Provided to Us by Roblox / Through Roblox APIs
When you play the Game, Roblox may provide us limited information through Roblox’s developer features and APIs, such as:
• Roblox user ID and username
• In-game state and gameplay events (e.g., race results, lap times, progression, wins/losses, achievements, inventory, currency balances, unlocks)
• Device/platform signals or region/locale signals as made available by Roblox (generally not direct personal identifiers)

We do not receive your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, or payment card details from Roblox.

B. Information You Provide Voluntarily
If you contact us for support (for example, by email), you may provide personal information such as your email address, Roblox username/user ID, and the details of your request. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

C. Information We Do Not Intend to Collect
We do not ask players to create accounts with NitroLab for the Game, and we do not require players to provide a password, phone number, or payment information to play. Purchases of Robux, Premium, or other Roblox transactions are handled by Roblox, not NitroLab.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information described above to:
• Operate and maintain the Game (saving progress, enabling features, providing matchmaking/leaderboards where applicable)
• Provide gameplay functionality (virtual items, rewards, progression, and performance features)
• Improve the Game (debugging, balancing, analytics, performance monitoring)
• Protect the Game and players (anti-cheat, fraud prevention, abuse detection, enforcement of game rules)
• Respond to support requests and player communications

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

A. Sharing Within the Roblox Platform
Certain gameplay information may be visible to other players through the Game or Roblox features (for example, usernames, leaderboards, race times, rankings, and achievements), depending on the Game’s settings.

B. Service Providers
We may use vendors and service providers to support the Game (such as hosting for non-Roblox endpoints if used, error monitoring, or analytics). These providers may process limited data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations, and only for the purposes described in this Policy.

C. Legal and Safety
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:
• comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful requests
• protect the rights, safety, and security of NitroLab, players, or others
• investigate fraud, security incidents, cheating, or abuse
• enforce our policies and agreements

D. Business Transfers
If NitroLab is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction consistent with applicable law.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Game is available on Roblox, which includes users under 13. NitroLab does not knowingly collect personal information from children outside of what Roblox provides through its platform APIs for gameplay operation. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to NitroLab outside Roblox (for example, via email), contact us and we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.

DATA RETENTION

We retain gameplay and support information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Game, maintain player progression, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. We may delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.

SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Because Roblox controls Roblox accounts and most platform-level data, requests to access, correct, or delete Roblox account information generally must be submitted to Roblox.

If you contact NitroLab directly and want to request deletion of information you provided to us (for example, support emails), you can contact us as described below. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as security and fraud prevention).

If you are in certain jurisdictions (such as California or the EEA/UK), you may have additional rights regarding personal information. Where applicable, NitroLab will honor such rights for information we control, subject to legal limitations. For Roblox-controlled data, Roblox is the appropriate point of contact.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND OFF-PLATFORM ACTIVITIES

The Game may be discussed or community-run activities may occur on third-party platforms (such as Discord). NitroLab does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their privacy practices. Any off-platform activity is governed by the third-party service’s policies.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above when changes are made. Your continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law.
